..... to spend the money and upgrade to an E11 Mk2?
My Elites Stats with a dmg pup are:
Spd 2.53
Max Dmg 1172
Sac 73
DPS 360 or so with a 520 modified

What are your stats without a pup? If the damage is capped at 1063, the only improvement you could get would be a gun with faster speed, and I don't think that's worth spending all the money to have a new gun crafted.
