Staying carbineer, i think carbineers will kick ass with mbh after the CU.
and you can also take on medic 4340, so that also kinda kicks ass

Yes, MBH/MC/SL 0440 is possible...and gives Carbine Accuracy of (170+65=235), Speed (60+50=110), Melee Defense (200+40=240), and Ranged Defense (225+40=265) about the best pure carbine template available.
