1. Fix our broken specials. We have several that have not worked correctly since release, then some that have been broken with nerfs and left broken.


2. Improve our guns. We really only have 3 pistols that are usable, the rest just suck. This isn't counting the scatter or launcher pistol.


Other than that, I don't really care. I would like to match the bounty hunters pistol speed at our master level, but that one doesn't bother me as much as the broken specials.

1 Sickly ham costs


2 Broken moves


3 useless animations and pauses that get me killed


4 Broken weapons ...not enough special elemental attack weapons or reasons to use them/elite carbine sucks


5 If my shot is a "cone of fire" why does it only hit one target wen i have an aoutomatic weapon and shoot sevral shots per burst.


6 Mods like dizzy and stun etc not lasting long enough...un nerf half our skills that have posure changes so they are actualy usefull. What good is knocking down 3 charging wrix if they get up in half a second if it even works...we are suppost to be croud controle id like to see it.


7 Give us defence and counterattacks comparable to other weapon classes like pistoleer and riflemen


8 Speed and aim is saddly much much lower than pistoleer and riflemen.


9Allow Tussues and other crafiable weapon mods to be used in final craft so carbineers and riflemen can actualy have a high level gun like pisotleers with good bonuses...a pistol with a tissue is more powerful and faster than any weapon because of the powerhandler issue. No pistol should do the damage of a carbine or rifle ever wen made with same resorces and expreimentation...ever.


10 Developers that actualy play the game and use simple logic to see theblatant problemswith every aspect of the game that should have ben fixed long before public release...The game still is not where it should have ben at release by any standard other than itdoes infact charge your credit card.

My first is other classes calling for us to be changed..


closely followd by broken skills which is also Carbines number 1 problem.. we really need to team up with them

1. we are pistol specialists, so give us skills to use all pistols including scatter pistol and republic baster. I got a republic blaster in trade for a control unit schematic and even though it says im certified, when i equip it , it says cant effectively use or whatever. 2. the far right tree, using 60k combat exp i mean geez ive earned two of the 175k pistol exp trees, but only have 29k combat exp. I will have all the pistoleer tree completed and none or maybe one of the boxes onthe tree that take combat exp.

1. Speed is too low. Total speed mods are lower than Pistoleers and Riflemen. Total speed mods should be between pistoleer and riflemen speed mods.


2. HAM costs are very high.


3. Broken specials they either don't work or work differently than intended. Actionshot2 anyone?


4. Broken defense mods


5. Broken status effects. Carbineer dizzy doesn't work and never has


6. Revamped knockdown. Why can it only be done from standing and with a goofy running animation.


7. More unique specials. Most of the specials are attacks that do damage to a random pool. Either add a cone effect to some of them or change them completely.


8. An AOE dizzy to compliment our AOE knockdown.


9. An AOE multi status effect attack


10. The Elite carbine is nothing more than a E11 with higher HAM costs.



Personally I want to shoot fast and I feel that you shouldn't have to get BH Carbine IV just for weapon speed. The speed mods in the Carbineer Tree should be sufficient.

My number 1 issue is tied between a re-work of DX2 or other pistol options (I pvp a lot.. and boy do i hate shooting composite with my FW)


and re-working how defence works.. I am always dizzied and KD'd

1) we need more weapons. it's incredibly boring and lame that the weapon that is best in any situation is one that is certed at carbine 3 in the marksman tree. newbies and bounty hunters get to use our best weapon. this is rubbish. we need carbineer only weapons that are worth using. fixing the elite carbine would be a start. but I'd like to see new weapons that are carbineer only. how about the imperial repeater?


2) nothing new at master box! not a move, not a cert, nothing. how about putting a cert for a great weapon here in the master box? and how about putting a worthwhile special move in it as well? this goes for any master box that has nothing in it. passive modifiers are necessary, but they're boring. people like to get new things that are very tangible. moves, certs, and titles. getting my "marauder" title was more satisfying than anything else in the carbine tree, considering the master carbineer title is STILL spelled wrong! who wants to be a "carbinier"? that's an insult to someone who put in all the work to get there. I could see these kind of typos being in beta, but this game has been out for MONTHS! why are glaringly obvious spelling mistakes still in the titles? how hard could this possibly be to fix? seriously!!god!


3) the moves need to work better. right now crippling shot is really the only truly useful and admirable move in the entire tree. almost everything else is unimpressive/mediocre to downright useless. How about making burst shot 2 the high damage random pool move? why is crippling shot that when it's in the "action damage" branch? full autos and burst shot moves should be the highest damage, random pool, status effect moves -- crippling shot should be among the action pool targetting but not as much damage moves. perhaps burst shot 3 would be appropriate at master carbineer. give it monster random pool damage with a status change of some kind. that's what carbineers are all about -- monster random damage with lotsa status changes.


4) if that's NOT what carbineers are "all about" -- then figure out what they ARE all about and shape the skills and modifiers to reflect it.


5) counterattack needs improvement! it seems to do almost nothing to nothing.


6) how about another title for master? this could go for any profession. master box should grant not just the "master ____" title, but something else as well that's more cool sounding and less direct/generic sounding, ala the four titles for the branches. How about "Antipersonnel Specialist"? Anything.Like I said, people work for tangible rewards. Titles are a great form of this. So how about it?


7) ham costs. they are on the high side, but I wouldn't mind them so much if the moves worked better.


8) this applies to more than just carbineer, but the graphical display bugs with the weapons are annoying. scopes don't show up to anyone but you. stocks have no graphic. barrels have no graphic. some guns are stuck with a permanent barrel graphic (laser carbine, e11 carbine) no matter what you do. sometimes it's about the little things -- this is one of those little things, but it's really not that little, because fully functioning graphics for all components would really make things a lot more interesting for some of us -- a lot more! please fix!


9) some carbine weapons should cater more to the notion of being a "SMG" type weapon -- not much larger than a pistol. perhaps some carbine weapons (or all) should be carried as a pistol is, with one hand, when not in combat mode. the two handed run animation looks OK with a big rifle, but with a little carbine it can be kinda annoying, so I usually unequip my weapon when not in combat. come on, now, games are all about the little things, devs.


10) it's kinda sad that some very cool looking and sounding weapons are not useful at all. case in point, the snubnoze carbine is very cool looking -- it's everything I think carbines are traditionally about -- and it has the best firing sound effect in all of SW (IMO). a good solution would be to make "sequel" versions to some of these weapons certed in the carbineer tree. they could use the same graphics but have bigger material requirements and better stats that make them in some way useful. how about the advanced snubnose? E11 advanced carbine? etc. make good use of those graphics that are only really appreciated briefly by newbs blowing passed the marksman tree. I'd love to have the option of using a snubnose carbine, I love the look and sound, but I just can't because laser carbine is the only useful carbine. come on, devs. come on. get creative. get things going.

1. Specials use WAY too much HAM. Everyone in my group thinks its funny when I get incapped during a battle because I used too many specials and wiped myself out. I cannot wear armor because then I am limited even further in my attacks. Without using specials I do about 100 points of damage.... so it makes specials rather necessary if I ever want to defeat something bigger than a gubber.Being a Squad Leader and Carbineer, I am useful for only a few seconds of a battle before I drop... soloing is pretty much out of the question for me...at least anything bigger than gubbers.


2. Why use any other weapons than the Laser Carbine? It is the only weapon that does decent damage and its fast and has a good range.


3. It seems that as I go up the marksmanship branch of the carbineer tree, I miss more and more. I honestly believe that instead of adding accuracy, I am losing accuracy for each +10 Accuracy I obtain.


4. I dont think the Aim command works with carbines. Whether I use it or not, I hit the same ammount.


5. To be honest, I don't know that the special attacks are working the way they are supposed to. I am not sure what I am even supposed to be looking for when I do them. I know burst shot does more damage than anything else, and full auto does a good amount of damage, and action shot damages the action pool... but that is all I can see. Action shot makes the target bleed. Supression fire doesnt seem to do anything at all.


6. Having a tough time getting Combat XP to go up that branch of the Carbineer tree.
