also, those psg's are pretty sad, the ones i make are 2456 protection with 7200 condition... i know that really doesnt matter but i was just amazed at the difference.

there's an AS on my server selling 2.4k PSG's with 7k condition and a 60.1% regen rate... lot's of them too 
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but even when my PSG drops to zero condition, I still seem to have hte same damage reduction compared to a full condition PSG versus no PSG...

back to PSGs...... the recharge rate seems to be almost negligable. I tested my kinetic/energy weapons against a jedi wearing a psg..... after blasting him with my proton Carbine for about 5 min..... the PSG was still over 90%. My templateat the time wasMBH / MPist / Carb 0440. Plenty of speed and accuracy.
I found my fully sliced Proton carb with Dam pup did LESS damage than my Nyms without slice or pup versus jedi with PSG.
Now I found myself a Nyms Sluggy that is only 9pts less estimated base DPS thana Proton, and it has a touch lower sac as well. Thank you very much, I'll use my Sluggy!
