Actually, the Carbineer forum is pretty good for constructive discussion, and statistical analysis of weaponry and shots.

i agree its about time carbineer and pistoleer got some new weapons that arent mega rare loot. And the thign that really makes me excited are the mechanic arms man those look fricken sweet

Nope. While they admittedly do look alike, they are quite different.
Here's a Nym's, and Here's the Needler, for comparison purposes.

4 new Carbines would be great...but like someone else posted...
...unless the AP or damage is radically altered it won't change much.
...then again, sometimes all people want is something new to look at.
