Wow Azilla.
Do you realize that this weapon is hands-down THE best crafted weapon and best Laser Carbine in SWG. Ever?
In terms of PvP DPS against a Ranged Mitigation 3 opponent, you need the equivalent of a 125-1301 Laser Carbine to get the same mileage. But then throw in the fact that a DXR6, even if its only AP1, melts through a PSG.. and suffers no immediate 40%ish Energy loss, and you've the equivalent of a priceless weapon.

Hmm just clarifying items:
Jedi cannot wear psgs of course, so a laser carbine would still be best for them
General pvp, psgs have no acid resists so DRX6 is psg-free?

i just traded a 30k resource deed for a 127-689 (pupped) laser carbine. +70 at ideal.
I love it. Land some wicked states on jedi, then set a burn with the 479 max scatter i got from the same guy.

What is the deal with dizzy kded jedi being able to block lasers on the ground does not seem right???
