Yeah, sucks to be us right now. I'm not going to mimic the previous posts.You all know where the problems lie if you're even reading this sentence. Yes, broken is the word. A quick response to Pootian about the role of the Carbineer:

In my humble opinion, a carbineer doesn't quite play the support role you envision. A carbine is more along the lines of a sub-machine gun / assault rifle. To put it on par with a heavy machine gun / artillery support role is severely overestimating its power. That's what Commandos are for. Maybe the devs pictured it like you do, but I see the carbine and Carbineers as being on par with a Pistoleer, just with a different area of expertise. Pistoleers are infighters, Carbineers are crowd-controllers, in RL as a Beretta would be to an MP5. Not asa Beretta to an M-16.
