Given that this template has no speed and no accuracy and thenumber of players with defense templates, a 0002 carbineer would get rocked in PvP.




That template would have no accuracy and no speed, but would only cost 15 points on top of master BH, and personally feel that will be too tempting for any BH who enjoys carbines to avoid.

yea im serious, i had read the updates for the next publishsome where on this site and it said that they were changing the cert for the Nym Carbine
