Hey Fubu that brings up a good point... how are the drinks affecting us now?

I remember when I would use accargam religiously to prevent myself from dying (this was on top of med buffs)... is there a comprehensive list of the foods and drinks that either

A- Increase accuracy

B- Increase regen time?

Or does it not even make a difference now since Carbine is not "action pool drain specific" anymore?

I have not really had a chance to play around with too many foods but it seems that all the ones I have are useless to me now. There maybe a good post on the chef forums and I might have to go take a look. I found the accargam seems to affect the mind more then brandy and brandy is only good for action and health regen. My KD food has no use at all in combat now. Synthsteak is messed up and only last 45 seconds and not 45 hits. However I find that spices are much better since they will last longer. Oddly enough it looks like the foods in the artisan tree are better since they are less filling.

Here is a link to some food and drink stats. Notice blob candy and some of the other artisan foods.

I was just wondering but maybeCorro can shed some more light on this. I remember reading that the new damage numbers are rolled once the first time the special is used in combat and then stays at that rate until the end of combat. Is it in any way possible that the higher the accuracy is the better chance of getting a higher attack role to come out. I have noticed using the same weapon and special I will hit for 846, or 900, or 1001. These three seem to stand out more then any others. However the higher my accuracy got the more often I was getting hits at 1001. Please note that these are numbers while going after CL 80 targets. CL seems to play a major role as targets with CL 50 or so I hit for 1500-1800.

Damage is not random in any way, shape, or form. Damage is a static value based on many, many things. It is initially calclulated on weapon min/max. Your accuracy, the targets defenses, and their posture/movement modify this number. I can verifyin PvE thatCL does have a direct affecton top of this. There is a damage mitigation system in place that directly affects how much damage is dealt/recieved. (Off topic a bit, but this level mitigation systemlies at the heart of many problems with the CU.Click me for an excellentpost on this topic)

The difference you're seeing between 846, 900, or 1001 could be due to the posture/movement of the MOB. (KD'd, standing, moving towards you. Each of those states of the MOB will affect the damage you deal)

Wow that is pretty detailed. More information then I need, but pretty nice for all the chefs. I am looking for one that says "hey eat and drink this and be happy". K.I.S.S. However being a semi-geek (total geek according to my wife) I will probably use this chart instead.

For those that haven't seen it, this thread is where I started a 'clean' thread. The data I collected proves Fabkins right on his info except Scatter and Torso....plus I increased the list to 20 Specials.

Supposed to be a SNARE or ROOT, not sure which. The icon stays for about 5 sec on TC but I don't remember which it is.....with the lag and graphics glitches it is hard to see what if anything it does. But either way, 5 sec or a broken State, the attack does nothing worthwhile right now.

But expect the damage multiplier to stay right where it is.....attacks that apply States of any kind are meant to do less damage.
