you would need 5 tissues to make a flame thrower, 1 for schematic then 4 for hte combine. Totaly not worth it though, it adds +30 damage, someting youcan easily achieve with a 5% damage slice.

its +30 on top of your flamer. Ie a 822 would be 852 which is very minimal upgrade for the cost of 5 tissues.

I live in Kraytia, a city next to Krayt Canyon on Chilastra. We have so many Krayt Tissues we don't know what to do with them. I made a Krayt Laser Rifle andFlamethrower and hope to sell them pretty high since they are quite rare.

I have seen lots of weapons smiths and armor smiths selling items enhanced with krayt tissue for an extreemly high price. I went hunting Kryats with about 5 friends the other day, and couldn't figure out how to get the tissue. Do I need to harvest? Does it only come out of Looting the Krayt?

I also want to know if this will enhance my stims, or is just for armor and weapons. I enjoy hunting krayts, they are great xp, but I just figured since I go out there and get the xp, why not try and get some tissue too.

Any input on this subject would be great news for me.

Kyrat tissue and Kyrat composite armor segments come from looting Kyrat Dragons. As far as I know, the tissue is used to build better weapons (by creating power handlers with the tissue) and the composite armor segments are used to make composite armor. I don't believe you can use these for anything else. I could be totally wrong about this, but I don't think so.

There is somthing about Krayt somthing or other to make gold toned composite armour...at least on Starsider.

Do y'all think we should get something like the Krayt tissue?

I know of the advanced vibromotors but 170-200 compared to Krayt tissued weapons . . .

I was told that Rancor Teeth could be used in VK's at some stage by my weaponsmith.

Don't worry, they were removed from the game last patch.. They used to drop on nyms, now they are not to be found.

rancor teeth are used for swords, to replace sword cores. they possibly might be able to use for fencing weapons, and im not sure about pikemen. As for VKs only3 ways to increase its performance.

1) Get a WP to make you one with advanced units

2) get a WP to make you one with advanced units, then have him use a motor.

2) get a WP to make you one with advanced units, then have him use a motor, then get it sliced for dmg up to 35%

They aren't removed. I have found 3 since the patch. However all 3 were pretty crappy. I think I just need to find some better NPCs to kill. Basically just find the (red-named) thugs with nono apparent factionoutside of cities and kill them for a few hours! LOL so lame. But they do drop vibro motors.

So far all I have found are speed -0.20. I don't know about you, but extra speed isn't exactly making me soil my shorts. :-/ However, since they do drop, maybe at some point I will find some better ones.
