In addition. Most of you have to relize the game has changed dramaticly since the CU. You could progress much faster at DB 4 or MLS pre CU grinding solo than you can now. Now a days youll be lucky to pull 200-300k in 3 hrs in a group thats constantly breaking up and takes an hour or two just to get started.
The CU plopped many of young padawans in a system that left them incappable. Its almost like darwans survival of the fittest. The only way to "grind" is to get in groups and be prey for BHs. So obviously padawans are gonna do whatever they can to get their template done or get more powerful as fast as possible.
Heck, first two weeks of CU I barely took advantage of double xp. No one had a clue on how to grind if you didnt have channel and some healing. Most were waiting/hoping on a fix tomake soloing or grinding in groups with novis possible.I remember seeing posts of people saying for padawans to shelve their jedi because there were so many bad experiences. Double xp got waisted...
I'm sure next you will be insulting those that used the 2xp and 4xp periods to finish, saying they are unworthy off their jedi skills and so on so forth. Cause I know for a fact had I had a good group who knew how to grind, I could have easily finished a template during Double xp weeks without using respec.

great job. people like you are the reasion that when I get screwed over with the respec non ending window issue...i didn't get my skill points back. thought my grinding since october of last year ment something...guess not...

Yeah ,sadly I have seen many like you ....know where they end up ? One word -ebay- ,it's true know quite a few that go there and heard other stories . I have had my jedi for 7 months still not fully templated, and I have maybe played half of that.had to level up my alt .

I'm not saying I wouldn't have done what you did but I certainly wouldn't brag about it and I certainly wouldn't argue that I didn't cheat the system.

you forgot to mention that you bought your jedi on ebay, and have used the 2 weeks to figure out what the h*ll to do with it!

Ultimate grinding achievement? Grinding countless jedi xp for 7 months to finish my template back in the pre-CU system would be an achievement. All you did was cheat the system and grinded much, much less xp to finish your template. Don't expect to get much for your so called "achievement" too. The more jedi there are, the more we are going to be a "normal" combat profession and the less we are going to get.

/chuckle interesting responses...
no this account wasn't ebayed and never will be. I worked48 hours at my RL job both weeks I did this, and there was definitely some grinding involved. At one point I gained 650k jedi xp in under an hour, though there were several friends involved and I can't claim credit for myself. The respec let me finish my template with a little over 6million exp used instead of the usual 30m+
as for people who want to argue whether I earned it or not..../shrug
as for people who assume I'll suck at playing my jedi...you're wrong

oh it's definitely possible. Someone here pretty much already explained how. I had 3 MLS/defenders helping to AOE spam picket lairs on dant (not sure why, but with a group of 8 they seem to spawn more critters than other lair types). They took turns being the tank, so the non-tanking ones could channel every other lair or so, no stoppages
