I started out going for BH, and during the course of Marksman, I figured out that I liked carbines. So I gave novice a try, made it about half way up the profession, and dropped it because Pistolleer seemed a better way to go at the time.

After a while, I realized that pistols just weren't fun, and moved back over to carbines. Plan on staying that way after the CU.

with my main i started out armorsmith/carbineer until they put the timers on action shot way back in the day and went tkm after that, however on my 2nd account i did ch/carb until i couldn't afford it but switched to doc/swordsman when i reactivated it so...

that 2nd account currently has 4240 medic and the carb/ranged support trees in marksman in tc5 so i'd have to say...returning?

I started as a carb and LOVED that !! I loved the look of my weapons, I loved the look of my toon bearing them... etc...

but I went rifle a while ago after I got pissed being totally unuseful in PVP (I am Mdoc not BH) after I got slained by a silly corsec in Daoba.

Now I have more charachters, and am gonna master carb and SL with one of them, and she will have all my precious carbines I never sold but kept aside in my bank for the day, which I knew would come, where carbineer would be something else than a penance.

My first post on these forums. Haven't been a master carbineer long, about three months. I took my time and enjoyed the slow climb, learning as I went. I initially only took carbineer because when I changed servers,I was looking for weapons and found a crate of five E-11's for an unbeatable price. The T-21's at the time as well as other rifles were pitiful due to poor resources. So I took up carbines as a means to defend myself, and fell into it.

Chalk me up as one that will keep master carbineer post-CURB. I will probably drop doctor though, in favor of Combat Medic, for the ranged heals. I took a look at the weapons for both rifleman and carbineer, the only two ranged professions I would consider, and I wasn't impressed with the rifles. I like the looks of the E-5 and the proton, though I will likely stick with one of the weapons seen used by stormtroopers in the films.

I am staying a master carbineer after CU. Looking forward to it!I actually grinded my char to master carbineer for this event.

I may have spent alot of time to get one of these things "uber" and I may hang it on a wall as a decoration after the CU for the "New Hotness"... but I will not trade my carbines for anything.
