yes, the states do seem to be applying more. BS2 seems a little slow to me, but i've only got +13 to speed in attachments.
This has been the first time i've actually PvPd with carbines since the chargeshot nerf, and BOY is it great. I love what we can do now. Ranged KD/dizzy/posture change is the greatest thing to ever happen to me.

Has anyone tested to see if the cone size for the EE3 is any diferent than our other carbines? This may be an old issue, but until recently I didn't read the forums much. I'm just wondering what the deal is with the stat on the EE3 about the 3m radius.

scatter is working just fine. look at the numbers above your target's head for the damage done. the Combat spam is mostly base damage before armor and resists. The "1" that scatter displays is just a display bug.

chargeshot1/2 doesn't always do the charge animation. Sometimes it'll fire and I won't move at all regardless of how many times in a row it's been used. Result is zero chance of a knockdown and as well as no "failed" message.
Sometimes I can be running and the charge animation doesn't happen and the result is the same as the standing bug. Happens less frequently as the standing no animation bug and doesn't seem to happen consecutively, but it's annoying nonetheless.
