TA are those sliced or unsliced? the reason i ask is, i have an ee3 and a laser carbine (both sliced)the EE3 does ~300-965 damage while the Laser does ~235- 700 damage. just curious to know why a level 22 weapon out damages a level 40 weapon.. it just doesnt seem right.
my template is Master Carbineer/ master DE/ Master Artisan
i usually max the ee3 damage around 1174 and the laser carbinemaxes around 900.
TA i stand corrected,.. after i got back in game and double checked, i have an Elite carbine not an EE3.. sorry for the misinformation
I have the word SLICED or UNSLICED on each one.....

Nice gun but that PU is a waste.....it lowers damage done by reduced Accuracy and no regard for the Speed Cap, which appears to be higher than 1.0
All PU's I have seen so far lower the DPS, but I haven't seen many yet.

Thanks for the info! The best way to compare weapons, though, is based on the base DPS since player mods are not all the same. Regardless... I'm jealous.

humm thats odd my converted pups are +28% damage and +28% speed. adds a lot of DPS last time i checked

Yeah if you look at the weapon it actually ADDS to the Speed, not subtract.....so the DPS goes down 
Unless I got some really borked PU's, but that would never happen with this 'perfect' conversion that was done
