Yeeeesh i once took out a rifleman nearly a master rifleman and i was just a intermidiat carbineer.geeez i ran up to him and shot him a clos rang.TKA:no prob just kite him.pistolear stay away and run around.CH:CRY NERF!BH:RUN! or if your strong anof KILL!ii will be able to take out them all.i nearly beet 2 peaple at once a CH and another.got tousted but nearlytook out the CH the other could cetch up.

I see both sides here. I enjoy being a carbineer because, watching the movies, i always wanted to shoot the guns that most stormtroopers seem to be fond of On the other hand, the profession does have some broken moves(along with plenty more probs). Now i ask this. Which class doesn't have a single problem & is perfect?(silence) thought so. Anyway, yes the HAM costs are a lil bit high & some of the moves don't work. I think it will be fixed in time. after all this game was only started a few months ago(& its huge).I think the devs r doing a great job & im glad that they r talking to us more than they did when the game came out & they seem to actually spend in-game time now to see the probs for themselves. have a lil faith & maybe our class WILL be the crowd controllers they were meant to be. besides, i have fun no matter how bad i get owned in PvP. every1 do yourselves a favor & just have fun, its SW, the rest will only be better.

as long as i still can play carbineer i dont want to boycott it,

it isnt a broken class i think. its a special class but nearby balanced (the HAM Cost are not that much too high due we doing a lot of DMG, a small decrease maybe)

The devs have responded on this issue BTW....I can't remember the latests post but they stated that YES the HAM costs were too high...and that was due to the fact that all our weapons have too high of HAM costs and that they will be fixing that soon (this would solve 2 probs HAM costs AND the elite carbine issue). Also they said that moves like leg shot 3 and others ARE broke and they are going to fix those as well. Actually leg shot 3 they said is supposed to be an AOE shot...now that is worth waiting for...6 our your firends all with leg shot 3 what could be a quicker way to kill 10 people?

And on a note of "but when? our profession sux now!" I disagree either you havne't got far enough to make it worthwhile (cripple shot or chrage shot 2) or you aren't creative in your combos (my fav combo pve is warning shot to get em away from you chrage shot or action shot 1 and then trap with adhesive mesh (i am ranger too cuz its also good to combo other professions to match ours) this roots the creature in place with i tear it up with burst fire and cripple shot...when it starts to move again repeat the process.
