Definitely a collectors Item.
A master would not think of using it and it would be a waste on someone new.
Put it on your wall to remind you of your efforts given on the "Executioner".
BTW- It's real for all you non believers. Check the game guides forums......sheesh.

I use mine all the time. The nym carbines look cool...Most the time i'm running around with it for looks and switch to my laser when i'm in battle

Obviously Carbineer is the secret weapon to convert more players to the imperial cause, since every time we get some loving it is Imp-based.

Despite the fact that Victor is an imperial, I believe all the content related to him, and the Bestine election are faction independent. Assuming you want to spend the time to find a Executioner, and jump through all the hoops, I believe that you can, no matter what your faction alignment is.

This Carbine doesn't really have any practical use. The Laser Carbine is the same except with an ideal range of 50 instead of 30. The ideal range mod is 0 which makes it very hard to hit anything with good defenses. The bleeds are useless and are the same as the bleeds that come with an enhanced e11 carbine.
Definitely a collector's item.

lithitanium carbine is a reward of bestine mayor's quest (dunno wich one tho) you get the smooth stone from high level tusken and give it back to the mayor, you'll get the stuff.
there's also a lithitanium rifle.

I want to up my post count too then... 
yeah, I'd hang it on a wall. would be cool to equip perhaps for looks, but already carry way too much stuff.
