Thread: Highest Mission You Can Solo?
With composite armor, I was doing savage quenkers before I opened my novice box.
By middle of the tree... you should be able to do chickens on Dath pretty easily I'd guess... IF you have good armor AND buffs.
Hunting solo without buffs is just too bizzarre to contemplate (if you are grinding).
well Im a wookie lol So for me to solo anything I had to take some lvls of Doc For the Buffs and heals.
was master doc but had to give that up im 0440 now in that Im 3333 Carb "with master marksman cause those little bonues you get are hard to give up lol" took me about a week to get that.
savage quenkers are a joke really... too easy now. only way i can get good XP and get something thats red to me anymoreso i group up at the mission term and do the oh hell forgot their name their the guy that look like cave men lol 15k a mission give good xp.
just ungroup after you get two of them this is without armor too.
just face it if your not grouped or have some medic/doc or CH your #$%ed.
Carb special attacks are not that great hope they fix them but by that time i'll be working on next holo.

new things i can solo: 8 Crazed Geonosians at once, a couple of the enhanced creatures, and the Acklay.
hehe, and besides counterattack, using how many carbineer skills exactly?
0400 Carbineer
0400 BH
0040 Ranger
Thanks Nova! ![]()
Get myself a good buff, bring plenty of brandy, and head to Dath. Hop on my speeder to NS Stronghold, and /areatrack....I mostly go after Rancor Tamers and Rangers. Some of my other choicespots are the Temples in Yavin (that stingy Woolamander Harrowerwon'tgive up his RIS fragment :smileysad
, as well as the Janta Cave in Dantooine.
As far as missions are concerned, I only bother if I'm servicing a harvest contract. I don't like the factI have to be grouped with three other people to get fambaa missions in Naboo. /shrug

i can easily control lvl 185 stormtrooper missions, which is usually 5 or 6ST's. Last night, 2 missions spawned on top of eachother, and there were about 10 st's. Now, i know that st's are generally pushovers, but managing 10 at once is a fun challenge.
Open with FireKD, confusion, confusion, close with cripple cripple cripple...dead.
i usually tab thru the lot of em, throw a confusion / action shot2 or charge shot1, until i have the majority of em flopping around. Then i'ts an easy task to spread out the damage to the ones that are closest to death, i always keep an eye on the action pools, usually one or two legshot 3's will take out an action bar at less than 20% or so (due to the actionshot2 bleed).
honestly i havent done creature missions in quite a while, so im not really sure if i could, say, solo ancient bull rancors. may have to find out.
im using a scoped krayt laser carbine 46-378 / 2.5 / low hams. a very nice gun. (the min damage is a bit low in pvp tho.) If i am buffed, on muon gold, and two vasarian brandys, i can spam cripple shot all day long withvery littleham loss in the above situation. If im not buffed, thestim-b's start to overheat, but it's still manageable with the mind foods.
! *bewildered cough and eye-popping astonishment*
I guess I missed that class...I'm Master Carbineer and I cannot even contempalte such acts of power! Soloing Rancors, Cavemen, and NS? Unbelievable...absolutely unbelievable...
Of course, having good Comp armor and Krayt weapons also helps ![]()
I'm currently working up CH for a quality tank, as well as saving my creds for some armor. I'm also tackling some Fencer skills (banking on Master Carbineer/Master Fencer for life!). Maybe I'll get to fully explore Dathomir and Yavin 4 when I get stronger.
I did one gronda mission at 4433 Carbineer about two weeks ago and got my arse kicked LOL...Maybe I should try them again since I'm Master (and a nifty 10k Health BE Gurrcat). I'm fine on simple NPC Thug missions and the like...add a caveman or 5 STs and I will fall no doubt.
I figured this out by hunting with freinds I can solo one bull Rancor along with the usual youth or rancor that follows it in for the attack.. However Enraged Rancors seemt o be a bit on the tough side and can go either way .....usually with me cloning.
