Your right the Dev's have said nothing about the combat rework, rebalance, re-whatever. And they announced it in november? When are they going to say something?
And Hey I'm just spreading the rumors that people who got acess to the corespondent forums told me.

No, the devs have not said this publicly.
But there are posts about this. YOU should know, you have access to the correspondant forum all the time, not like the rest of us only for 15 minutes every month or two.
This is not false info. It may be info that we can not proof right now that it is right. But neither can you proof that this is wrong. Other than getting a dev publicaly state they won't do this. Until we get that statement form a dev, the evidence suggests that these caps will come.

I read the correspondant forum on a daily basis. NO MENTION from the developers has been made about a speed cap. Holocron proposed one long long long ago but he is now long long long gone and the current Developers no longer work within his guidelines.

WORD! Seriosly, I can't doubt Nova. If he said "Hey Ozz, we get to shoot pigs out of our guns in publish 8" I'd be like " damn, looks like its time to get some pig defence in my armor."

Carbineer will be flavor of the month because alot of BH's already have a ton of carbine xp. It would appear from the patch notes that carbineer may be one of the only professions to have all it's specials working. And, once the whole droids tracking jedi thing obviously gets sent to live bugged, most BH's, like myself, will probably give up. Carbineer will be the next logical chioce.

umm guys speaking asa Bounty Hunter..a lot of us have had carbineer skills for a loooong time..so we aren't really flocking over as the "Flavor of the Month"
