omo the 30 .3 tissues are only good to cut a bit off the speed. 30 more damage isent going to do you much good but the .3 speed is kinda nice...and makes the slice a bit less riskie if your not bh because if you get a nice damage its still fairly quick. Put the 30/3 tissues with a imp stock and your taking off .8 speed wich makes a good diffrence. If you have plenty of money i wouldent hesitate to use the 30/3's Just dont pay to much for em : )
And i would agree with not kryting a weapon for pve unless you got extras lying around. No mob pve needs tissues. a couple more shots will finish it off anyway and as the game is now that usualy means just taking another couple seconds. Not life or death like pvp.

advanced power handlers. They are the parts that get enhanced with kryte tissues and go in most weapons.
