I didn't sign the elite carbine petition but this one is a "hell yes".

I don't care what bar we hit for, stims heal both equaly adn my green consumption is out of control. In groups everyone wounders why I get hurt so much and have to use THAT many stims.

I'll sign even though I dont have problems with this. I use what the devs give me to get around this. I am usually doctor buffed when I go solo something big, I use food and spices. With good doctor buffs and spice, crippling shot costs 4 MIND per shot for me. But true, I shouldnt HAVE to use these to be able to use a carbine. They are quite expensive on the long run.
