It is important to remember to not break the ToS when complaining. The "normal" players you speak of all went about it the wrong way. SOE really likes to hear what is good and bad about SWG so people just have to be mature enough to properly communicate (not piss them of).
But yes I do get some more allowance in what I post than most, but quite honestly I complained a whole lot more before I was Corr and never got 1 message of warning or suspension or banning from SOE. So it really has more to do with HOW I post than WHO I am

Of course they sell for more than 4-5 mil but what a seller can get for an item is not always an accurate measure of its WORTH

I've always agreed with this type of thing. I've found in the past that when i've dropped a couple mil on some piece of loot, a second has always seemed to come into my posession for free, guess thats just Murphy waving his stick at me though. However, with more and more people getting anti decay kits now, some value's of weapons such as this could be worth alot more to some folks.

well said and I do agree with the above statement no carbine crafted wise is worth over 5-6 million on any server on any good day
My 500 max cost me 3 million and its made Condition heavy so ... the guns are just not worth it unless some whacked out krayt is used

Yeah, look around, people are criticising SOE everywhere... and i haven't heard about anyone getting banned because of this as long as it was written in proper language.
Firehawk is a player like you and me, he doesn't get money from SOE and pays for his accounts just like anybody else.. the only difference is that he informs the devs about issues of the carbineer profession.
BTW thats a custom skin, its really a laser carbine. Yea probabaly payed too much but it was the best crafted one I've ever seen and I dont really have much else to spend it on.

You are rapidly becoming my favorite correspondant of all time. It's nice to have someone who doesn't come out here and give us the corporate BS we get from other avenues.
i just paid (on bria) about 5 mil for a 689 max (with pup) laser carb. I actually traded my 30k resource deed for it.
I am happy with the transaction, but I got lucky to find the WS in his shop to haggle. He was wanting to get rid of all his laser carbs that were under 700 max.
