Damn...I just realized something. I wonder how long it will take to download the CU on my puny dial-up? Lol...considering my dial-up gets auto-disconnected every 2.5 hrs and I have to reconnect I have grave doubts about being to download the CU...
I haven't made it public until now, but my website has ALL PATCH files available to download in ZIP files (not including Publish 14 yet). This allows dialup folks to use a download manager to get the files if disconnects happen. I did this for one person who needed all the patch files but have left the files up for anybody to use ![]()

Devs stated that combat professions (like Carbineer) would be able to respec, yes.
Actually the re-spec info was in the CU Update Doc by Blair and then removed......I think because of Jedi Issues, but I suggest you all watch the Docs closely because the come back and edit them later.
I can't imagine a scenario where we don't get to re-spec, but it is out of the Docs currently
Missed it then....
One of the things I want to know is that...
What I want to know is, will the respec be mandatory? This may be an obivous question but I would feel a whole lot better knowing that those people with templates impossible to achieve in a Combat Upgrade can not keep an "overpowered" template or ignore the new requirements to get into the profession.
TAfirehawk can you comment on this or ask a dev to address it?

well i can't be 100% sure, but i'd assume it would have to be mandentory since they are changing requirements and skill point costs. other wise people would have the triple master (pistoleer/smuggler/BH?..or was it TKA?) anyway that would leave them with negative skill points which doesn't work, so you will probably have to respec.

will you get to re-spec all sp or all spent sp or just sp in the profs listed?
Being an Architect/Armorsmith/Weaponsmith will not allow you to magically become a BH/Carbineer if that is whay you are asking......
