I've noticed that DPS isn't the end-all as well.

Yes the Weapon Examine Window listing DPS is misleading as there is at least some limits imposed by the Specials used and I also have a feeling some weapon types are limited too.


Delay Modifier is around 2.9X for Improved Leg Shot but I haven't tested any others....and this was with my MBH/MCarb template at +130 Carbine Speed where I ended up firing it about every 4 seconds with a 1.33 sec Proton Carbine. So basically the Weapon Speed has become insignificant and thus the DPS calculation on the weapon quite useless as well.


I have to get cranking on the last day of Double XP, but after that will be doing lotsa testing
