If that gun is non-sliced, it is at its respective damage cap for slicing so do not damage slice it, I recommend all speed slices.

Let's look at this from another direction, aside from jedi, is there a substantially more powerful profession, in terms of damage output?
LOL, aside from jedi.. just a quick fyi, jedi don't do alot of dmg.. They have decent dmg and an array of abilities they can chose from but nothing godly or near superior. I can't think off hand of any proff other then smuggler that's combat related that can't out damage a jedi.
As for power if that's what you want, Swordsman and Rifleman are the power dmg doer's of the game(atleast suppose to be).

Of course you're right about the dmg output. What I meant was that it appears to me that jedi are the best all around PvE template right now. Having never been a jedi, I'm only basing that on anecdotal observation. Would agree with that statement? And if not, where are Jedi weak in PvE?

Think about buying some Pyro for a nice accuracy boost as well . I often end up drawing the aggro in groups because of the damage over the resident rifleman, carbs is actually very damaging if you alternate your attacks.
