Thread: an idea for scatter shot
I still like my idea better than this......
Scatter Shot should be the Cone Snare and Suppression Fire the Cone KD/Posture Change.
The main reasoning is we need MORE CROWD CONTROL Specials, not damage ones.....oh and this also assumes a fix for Rapid Fire ![]()
We'll get and advanced rapid fire, so this "should" be our profession defining special. I know logic doesnt apply if your talking with SOE, so I like scattershot hitting multiple locations and would like to see rapid fire our cone KD/posture down with an increasing cone from rapid - improved to - increased just like the suppresion fire but with suppresion fire the cone snare
So in the end its he! everbody kneels, thats a Master Carbineer with advanced rapid fire, or everybody start slowing down, when we lay our suppression fire.
But in all cases, more crowdcontrol.

It does last longer than orginally proposed by Blixtev.....still 1-2 seconds shorter than I asked though.

well, what i find is in large pvp (where i find myself using this) i find myself missing atleast 1/2 ofthe group (several master defenders with aura on) and thus lowering the usefulness of this attack because even if it can be spammed, it doesnt do too much crowd control anyway. i dont think it matters if im slowing down the riflemen behind the MDefs who are charging me lol....

Well that is a different issue altogether now isn't it?
And I don't see this posted in the Issues thread either......but a Master Defender Jedi with Aura will most certainly cause ANYBODY to miss, that seems to be working as intended to me.....
I agree, and pleasepush to havethem work effectively in PVP too!

i know...but if it has a longer duration and same cooldown, it may help a bit
