You also have to consider the speed difference and look at DPS.

I have a question about damage. I have a sludge panther, lvl 16 and it says it does 40 something to 200 somthing damage. Yet every online source i look at it says they do 170-180. Am i missing something? Is my pet special or am i right to assume taht i dont have enough creature knowledge bonus so dont see the real damage. I only have the 2 trees in scout neccesary for CH. THanks.

So, are you not a CH yet? Is your pet in deed form? If so, it's a Bio Engineered pet and their stats aren't the same as a wild tame.

Any damage range that is so close is pre-CU and outdated. Your pet does 40-200 just as you see in the datapad.

After the CU everything changed and several publishes have made more. SWGCreatures is updating its information, but the site is entirely dependent upon players entering it.
