devs already said no underslung... so it will probably be the underslung then just never get put in game.... but on the brighter side i hope its craftable and kinetic and lvl 54... that would make me the happiest human alive

We really need a kinetic carbine, comparable in stats to the E11 MK2, that doesnt take 6 identical loot components to make it decent. Something that can be crafted to around 500 min damage and cap at 1063 etc...
