Speed, if you don't and you use SAC or Damage PuPs, then it will be too slow. I have Nym's almost excatly like that
its in my thread and I got Speed and I love it.

Just remember that dps is based on you innate speed, weapon speed, and damage. So if you have BH/Carb then you dps is going to be MUCH higher than just a master Carb. But because innate speed is borked the dps is very misleading.
