Yes, there will be combat from mounts.. UO style..
And yes, carbineers I belive will have the most accuracy from mount (accuracy while moving :]).. and no you will not need any CH skills to ride mounts.. so carbineers w/o ch wont need to get it
Im going for the master carb master CH medic 4340 template
I got my information from an interview with the SWG lead designer.. you can read it from a link on the main swg page on the official site
