I never use the slug-thrower, the stats are not up to par with my other carbines.

It looks very nice on my weapon wall in my loot museum though, and a nice thing to have.

My CM/Carbineer friend uses it all the time though, quite effectively might I add

Its worth doing as its easy to get. Don't bother talking to Nym until you finish. Just go to the research centre, pick up the two parts then drop them off at Nyms.
