Sorry for the poor grammer. We dont need faster carbineers we need more speed bonuses. Our speed bonus should be in between pistoleer and rifleman, yet our's is the lowest. It just plain sucks.

My damage sliced E11 has an attack speed of 1.9 with no powerup
I only used the "crappy" krayt tissues... but that FFS really helped!

I have a krayt enhanced e-11 with form fitted stock. Default speed is 1.3 but with powerup that drops to 1.0. Cripplshot is pretty awesome but damage is a little low (219-99 dmg). Still pretty awesome to watch with full auto single2. Makes it look like I am actually in full auto mode and not burst mode.

(100 - speed modifer)/100 * speed of gun * speed modifer of the move = move time. Changed to 1 if number = <1

Both my krayt DH17's are at 1.1 in speed (without powerup)
Also, my krayt elite is at 1.6 in speed (without powerup)
Pretty fast, and they make a huge difference, as a still haven't got enough + speed from attachments. At master carbineer and nothing else there is +60 in speed. Using a typical special attack at 2 times delay means that you will need a weapon with about 1.3 in speed to shoot at 1 (the speed cap). With an extra +10 (total +70) the speed cap will be hit at 1.7, and with +20, at 2.5 s. Needless to say, if you don't have that fast carbines, speed attachments make a huge difference for carbineers.

Excellant calculator, and very accurate^.
The only thing I can shoot at the speed cap is my krayted/FFS/speed sliced E11 w/ spd 1.3. My damage sliced krayted/FFS E11 w/ spd 1.9 rips cripplingShot at 1.5 seconds, which is fast enough for me. It rips FAS2 at the cap, as well as many of the other specials.
O yeah, and I have +67 carb speed total.

i got an krayt snub-nose DH17, 1,5, no power up, but with a %33 speed power up it would have a speed of 1
