Just try googling for "learn html" the first hit I get has a nice practice display which lets you edit and see what your code would display after you type it into their editor. You just need to look at the links section.

Kudali gave the code for it, but to make it actually work in this forum, before typing in the html code, you must click the [edit as html] link on the compose screen.
