If that's true... I'm not surprised. I've always felt we've been crapped on compared to pistoleers/rifelemen.

Hooray! Two would be great if it comes off. I really hate the constant complaining that I see sometimes in some of the forums and hope I didnt come off as a whinger. Two really would be good. After drooling over pics of the new guns sometimes I was obviously very high with my expectations in thinking that all of the new carbines would go to...well...Carbineers. I know that the other profs need help in some areas too so that is accepted. Just love my profession and love my weapons! If I take up SL up to Leadership IV then I would walk away with 3 new guns and that would be a terrific new aspect to my game. Will keep my eyes posted and appreciate all the feedback from all Carbineers on TC right now. Wish I could join you but unfortunately my dial-up from Thailand just cant handle it.

I have looked through at least ten different carbine cert threads, and have actively been reading the ones that have been the longest running since they began. My question is, aren't there three carbines that are uncerted so far? We got the new E11 Mk.II and it is an outstanding addition, I must say. Especially appeals to the Imperial in me. But for the rest....

1.Alliance Needler-?

2.Bothan Bola-?

3.Czerka Dart-BH Carbines 4

4.E5-SL Leadership 4

5. Geonosian Carbine-?

6.Proton Carbine-MBH

I have seen several mentions now of there being only 2 certs left, so did the alliance needler(this one being the least mentioned of all new carbs, I think)get certed somewhere and I have just not found it? I know these threads are getting a bit much, but I am trying to keep as accurate a count as I can, bearing in mind of course that anything can change during testing.

Why is weapon cert so dam competitive?

I believe that a master of a specific weapon should be able to use all those weapon types.

Come on. If thats the case then I want to be a master carbineer with pistol certs. Oh yeah Im a master carbineer.

So why are the new Carb's going to other professions. Well my thought is fine let the non weapon prof be certified. But im a master Carbineer I want the choice of look and feel.

Im sorry, let me be more specific. I am all for the non-weapon professions being certified in all the different kinds of weapons. What i mean by weapon professions is Carbine, Rifle, and Pistols. These professions are masters and should be able to use any of those profession specificweapons.

Squadleaders, commandos, Bounty Hunters, or any other profession should be able to use weapons of any class that DEVS cert them for.

Sorry for any confusion my post may have caused.

I used SL as an example instead of spelling out Commando or Smuggler....guess I should have used BH......geesh.....

I don't Jedi should be able to Saberblock sound waves either, as per Canon.

has anyone checked for the allience needler cert? i have heard like nothing about it, just proton geo and bothan... i think the allience is one of the best looking but no1 even mentions that cert... i hope we get it

TA was checking into that, but never did post back that I saw. Weapons that have not even been tentatively certed(that we can see) are Geo, Alliance Needler, and Bothan Bola carbs.
