With 16% min/ 32% max powerup Laser
Min: 92
Max: 420
Speed: 2.4 (Origonally 3.0, 21% speed slice)
Ideal: 52+
Non Kyrated, Form Fitted Stocked, Tuned Scoped
Still a long way from 800ish max but it hits melee stackers 75% of the time

Master Carbineer/Master Doctor
Combat Meidcs, no problem. Master Pistoleer/Rifleman/Bounty Hunter, no problem.
Melee professions, no problem. The fact that I am not supposed to die, slight problem.

not at all
these things are modifications a weaponsmith can add to a weapon DURING the crafting process - no chance to get a scope on a weapon afterwards for example. a scope increases the accuracy (but HAMcost will be higher) a stock modifies the damage output (most stocks have high HAMcost + speed wont be that high as without) this carbine here is made with a form-fitted stock, they re the only ones i know of which have a speed-bonus aswell as NO additional HAMcost. not all scopes and stocks are visible ask ur local weaponsmith for which are the best and best-looking
imo a laser carbine or rifle ONLY looks good with stock/scope hehe

those are really nice mine is 103-399 4.1 speed. but with a powerup its 116-529 so ....
I hate you all.....(j/k)
But ill be your bestest friend if i can "hold" your weapons for awhile.

my laser carbine seems around average around here 2.7speed and 87-468 dmg no pup with a min max dmg pup it reaches 101-615 not bad

mine is:
~83 min
387 max
3.0 speed - this is the killer, it used to be 4.0 though, got a 25% speed slice.
