Thanks for the test. LegShot3 still proves to be even more valuable than I thought though, heh. The DPS range is pretty close to that of CrippleShot's if you consider how "lucky" CrippleShot is in hitting only the Health pool.
I'll haveto run a few tests to determine at what relative speed LS3 = CS in DPS, just out of curiosity.

Yeah....hence the % I listed....
The "rough" breakdown is 3/2/1 for H/A/M hits on random pool specials.

Where are you getting your numbers? I have already taken the 50% hits on Health for CripplingShot
BTW, ActionShot2 is lower DPS than LegShot3....not counting the Bleed of course. And remember the Enhanced E11's Health Bleed can assist CripplingShot...

Ah ha!!! that's what I didn't understand... ok now I get it.
Cripple is teh winzor... lol... still thou would be interesting to see the dps with our action bleed.
