I am math-impaired.
Anyway the log timestamps are from the client, so if you experience lag the timestamps could be off. Maybe that's what you were thinking of?

that's a good test...82 shots is going to make any lag that happens quite a non-issue...sounds like the delay's still 1.7x...

Formula looks like this: {(seconds / shots) * 100} / {(100 - Player's Speed) * Weapon Speed}
Watch the brackets close on that formula ![]()
So you would have: {(221 / 82) * 100} / {(100 - 60) * 4.0} = {269.512} / {160} = 1.68445 Special Delay for FullAutoSingle2
Or one shot needs taken away as we discussed earlier, depends how you gave me the data.....if 81 true RELOADS.... = 1.70525 delay

I just did some testing and FAS2 is 10.8 second reload for 5 shots with a 4.0 carbine. Thats 1.7 modifier.I repeated this enough that I am convinced it is 1.7. Why oh why I was getting 12.2 (1.9x) last week I do not know. I repeated myself enough last week to be convinced it was 1.9x. I even posted on the correspondant forums about it.
I dunno...who knows...but it is definately 1.7 now. ![]()

The point about states not going on as much is a good one. It isvery hard to land states on high level stuff, and many of the states have been nerfed a lot at this point anyway.
It seems that carbine and pike were set up to be more geared to state application instead of pure high damage or high defense like some of the other professions.
Because of this escalation in MOB and NPC resists... is it not time to re-evaluate (re-iterate) the carbine and pike professions?
I'm not saying what should be done, I'm just saying that I don't think these professions fit into the game the same way they used to, and have been affected more than the other professions by this.
Maybe I'm wrong on that, I'm still new to carbine.

There are wide-spread reports that Counterattack for the Carbineer is not working as Dodge/Block for other profs.....maybe this needs some more testing while I have a Master Pistoleer.....
