what if one had an effect on the other?
IF full suit of Composite = yes THEN buffs = 1/2
crude yes, but it is just a thought.
i also believe that Nova's Top Five list would help us out GREATLY even if buffs and armor stay untouched.

if we didnt have buffs you would see every single person instead of every other person with TKA 4000
I think armors should be adapted so that people have to mix and match to find the best thing although i noticed people already do.
I see a lot of Stun composite helmets and heavy kinectic and energy comp torso pieces. Then the rest of the armor is padded or some other substitute with good stats against energy and kinectic. Some people actually only wear those two pieces and fight. Since no carbineer aims for the legs like are class should i guess technically be doing its not necessary to wear leg armor really.
maybe so and though im not suggesting we do away with buffs, it would not really matter to me. Back in the day me an my hunting buddies would dope up on spice to keep us alive against the harder npcs and the game was actually fun then. Like i said before though is that neither buffs nor armor is at fault alone but when placed together. If we are gunna have both we just need to tone them down a bit

aaaaah yes, the good old days of spice. Moun was the king. pop enough moun that one could heal without concern...and watch your timing.
again, i think that quite a few of our issues could be cleared up buy having the Top Five Novamarine has been working on addressed and (crosses fingers) fixed

well it took 3 rebels many tries to finally take me out. 1 rifleman/tkm with a 351 min fire pike and 2 BHs spamming eye shot. killed them all for about 15 deaths then they finally got me. started as a group battle then my group died and those were the only rebels left to defend their city. i dont think i would have died if it wasn't for the massive wounds and mind fire after the hour long battle. now i can lvl my musician some more
thanx rebels

I look at carbineer as more effective in group pvp,im liking my current build as it gives me def, many ways to keep the oppenent on the ground, and with a 589 max laser carb and 220 vks some pretty decent damage, stun weapons are not the answer, atleast on lowca, cause anyone who pvps has 40% stun armor and a 48% psg, making stun pretty much useless.

You essentially have something like that now, its called encumbrance. I've seen some triple layered composite suits reach a total of 1000 encumbrance.

my 80%elce 80% kinetic 80% base sliced compiste armor has around 930/950/900 encum. but not that it really matters with an average set of buffs. if they made it so buffs couldn't pass 1000 then people would go for less encumbrence which would mean lower resists. but either way armor needs to be brought down by half or so.
