The math can be a bit tricky I must admit.
And at this same time I was posting the answer in another thread, so you should have read my answer there.....shoot for +92 Carbine Speed to use those uber damage Carbines that can be over 4.0 speed.....+92 caps up to 5.0 weapon speed.

There is no hard cap on Accuracy.....not sure how many threads are on the first 2 pages about this 
Just like Speed tho, there is a point of diminishing returns, but most of us believe that is +200 or higher.....

You need 90 speed to cap the slowest attack which is cripplingShot with a 4.0 speed carbine (which is the slowest on most servers).

Considering I just picked up a looted 5.0 Speed Mind Poison Laser Carbine, more speed becomes more vital.
