How to apply to carbineer? Use the DXR6 if you feel that someone is using a PSG. Otherwise stick with the laser carbine or a high damage elite.
for a geo against 39% stun comp:
say it hits for 400 damage, 1st the ap1 comp will bring it down to 200 damage..then 39% of that 200 damage will beabsorbed =80 or so damage. by wearing 39% stun comp, you dont have 89% protection from a geo... but you do get damn close
. Add in a PSG and a geo will do nothing whatsoever
But yeah, against a psg, acid damage is great
is this before or after the 75% PvP damage reduction?

The commando's got a bit of a hint that they should keep their master status for when they "get their other weapon tree". Something tells me that BH aren't going to be the only ones dabbling in carbines in the future.

Carbineer weaponry is plenty good
the skills are the problem
DXR carbine - The equiv of Carbineers stun damage
Unless your enemy has a belt on they are MOST LIKELY useing a PSG for pvp
Psg's are vuln to ACID ... Most composite armor isnt super on acid ... I'd say the majority of stun armor is about 75
ACID is under rated and the DXR has huge ranged mods a 22m
I believe my dxr is 2.8 199-289 .. thats un krayted sliced for damage and Form fitted stock with about 68 ranged mod at ideal
Im a carbineer/fencer with full tapes (85) speed for reference
Laser carbine - The main carbine for buffed PVP ... Medium AP even tho its energy its highly under rated great modifiers at 50m ... keep your enemys down if they are melee your gonna blow them apart while KD ranged as well
Speeds lack I would krayt these and form fit these
Mine is
120-587 2.8 damage sliced about 80 range mod at 50m
(I dont use PUP's)
E11 - E11's are light AP and cant be stocked
they usualy have low damage and OK speed
they arent top notch but come on ... show me a pistoleer that uses a Power5 pistol or SR combat pistol
ALL OF OUR WEAPONS ARE USEFUL!
DH17- Unarmored you pull out the dh17 they are easy to make and cheap
get 1 good krayt tissue bring it to a smith stock it up they never get past 2.0 speed
I think mine is like 1.5 170-573 these things rock the mic!

Elite Carbine - THEY LOOK SO COOL! Elites have super min damage these are for straight up (Buffed) PVP battles with armored range
I use the elites alot mine is 220-417 .. I dont know if its krayt I will get back with that if anyone cares (But im guessing yes) ... High hams and not super speeds
40m ranges of about 60mod RANGES MATTER
one more great thing about carbineer is we have ranged modifiers from 15m all the way back to 50 we can hit stuff
Moded E11 - Bleeds are interesting (As a fencer) I can use fencer bleeds with jagged vibro blade plus this Moded E11 to help Hurt Ns'rs ... to fight 1v1 armor duels or anything else
bleeds are highly under rated dots but the moded e11 is no better than a normal e11 if not worse (they require worse resources)
Lithanium Carbine - 50-350 damage Light AP
I use it for the bleed same bleed as a moded E11 its ocasionaly fun to use in pvp and its unique
(Other ideas stack with moded republic or health bleeds/ health burns for devastating damage while still whining about not being able to break armor)
(This would be doable with any BH pistol / carbineer build)
Moving along to..
EE3- Probably the most useless I carry one for PVE and we have a guild on Sunrunner that all use storm trooper armor
so I take it out for that Mine is like 177-389 2.3 quite fun to use
Nym Carbines - BH only realy they are too slow these are cheap and easy to produce for good slices

CDEF CARBINE - oh you laugh ... you laugh .. but if your a MBH or any BH and you have on full armor Unbuffed you cant waist the HAM to shoot ... so you take this bad boy out with its 10 hams and such ... /KD enemys with it then kill them with the stronger carbines
this is doable and its actualy useful ... think about it
