The nice thing about underhand is that it has a higher damage mod and lower delay than fireKD. Even if you don't land the KD, it's not a complete waste since the dps of underhand is good.

As a MBH and 0303 Carbineer(soon to be 0304), I have found that charge shot tends to be more reliable for me than BH KD's However, BH Dizzy's are much more effective. I usually open with a spray shot and a charge shot1 on a target and they go down. In the event that they get back up, I switch to a fireKD or Underhand to put them back on the deck.

I have only been in 2 duels since the patch and this has worked both times, but I haven't had a chance to check it out against serious PvP'ers with the "uber" defensive mods. Will report back when I have had more time to play around.

And as to the charge animation, I am usually running to a kite distance so the run forward is negated.

Underhand shot has a better success rate for KD than the others, but it is lowered by the massive HAM cost and the fact that Charge shot r0x0rs and that Fire KD causes fire. I'd use it if i had it instead of Charge1

FKD never ever ever causes fire. It gives a Weak dizzy (confusion and spray are strong dizzies) and has a lower chance to KD then underhand.


Chargeshot1 is far more reliable than either of the BH KDs in there currant state becase they have not been the subject of as many nerf cries.


Having to be standing and suffer the moving accuracy mods to use chargeshot is its only drawback and IMHO a very small price to pay for the added chance to stick

i don't have the carb knockdowns.


i just use conufsion,firekd,underhand all together.



firekd usually knocks a TK flat and they have kd defense.

That is ONLY effective when one of those 2 stick a KD. If FKD causes a KD (rarely back when my alt was a mbh) the underhand that follows assuming it also sticks a kd will knowck them to standing

being as i have al of these specials, charge shot 2 by far kds the MOST. Underhand was great when i was bh, then i moved up to fire kd, but i found underhand was better, then charge then charge 2. charge 2 works more frequent than charge 1, not by much though .
