I don't care what the damage type is as long as it's competitive with a balanced dps.

Dear Santa,

All I want for christmass is a giant mean looking gattling style arm cannon that I can shred the occasional defence stacker with and maybe the occasional unlucky Jedi . Some nice animations of them getting cut in half while screaming in pain would be nice also. It's not that Im a bad guy... Im just evil and that's how evil bounty hunters are

I don't need to win every duel or bounty but... I can't handle one more fight where cripple shot doesn't move my opponents ham for 6 minutes straightandthen they catch me and I die to 3 swings of they're fists, sticks, clubs, frozen halubut etc...

thx

Ra

well there are those new carbines in the test center

i can see the shotgun looking one being blast basically because it looks like a shotgun.

I could also see the needler being electricity but for no reason at all

the gattling gun does not look like a carbine at all but i hope it is

and the e5 looks like a droid blaster and will probably be energy. But if it is AP 2 then we are set. Just give us a new damage type either blast, cold, or electricity to bring us into high end pve and make it or some of out other carbines AP2 as we should not be in the same rut as pistols.

Bigger guns should mean more punch not less.

Rarool,

Since you keep posting about DPS like a broken record. Please tell me how much damage you want to do to an opponent per shot with cripple (after 80% armor). Then backcalculate how much damage that would be in PvE. Let me know whatstats on the carbine are needed plus thedamage modifer on crippleshot that are required to do this much damage.

Stun is meh. Withgood stun armour and with maybe a musician/dancer buff, along with canape it's not that bad to deal with. PvPing in Theed last night, I was getting eyeshoted like mad by aBH with a geo pistol while getting head hitted by a swordsmen too, and it still took a while to drop me. And the only stun armour I had was my legs. So yeah, as long as you're prepared stun is weak sauce. Especially with that upcoming armour nerf, stun is just a passe fad. So yeah, electricty, blast or cold would be way preferred to stun at this point. And if you really know what you're doing, you can still mess people up without stun.

< Then that stormie fired 1 stun shot and got Princess Leia without killing her. >

So..... you're saying that he Incapped her, and didn't Deathblow?

What the heck does that have to do with *Stun* damage?

she was incapped, but without hurting her. basicly he fired a shot where she was forced to feign death

this whole idea is pretty ridiculous anyway. It has been suggested a million times and it really wont matter after the combat balance anyway

of course god know when that will happen.
