umm, just wondering here, if you used a +32.16% min damage power up, how come it only gives +14 min damage? if you do out the calculations the min damage should be about 403. cause lets see here..... 305 x1.3216 = 403.088. So its not real

I think it limits it to one point below max damage to prevent debacles like the Acklay bone thing from happening again.

I am not certified for it cause i am master rifleman, master pikeman, and dont have any carbineer, went and got marksman 0020 just to get certified for it to try it out but cant tell very much from it, needs to be master BH or Carbineer to tell.
