Last I heard, AP wasn't a factor in PvP. Is that not still the case?




AP isnt much of a factor anymore with decay as alot less use it but in general the AP system works the same way as PVE as far as i can tell by the combat logs. When someone shots my with a FWG alot more is blocked than with a Scatter and very very little is blocked from a T21

mine is 0.1, 425 max w/ powerup- it was speed sliced... 26/28/17
