I'm a MBH/MC with a +12 carbine speed CA I wear at all times, and use a proton carbine.


Not sure what that makes my combat speed with a carbine, but I know it's over 100 atm. So I'm clear, with this template adding another +10 or +25 speed won't really make a difference at all, and I should save my money. Is that what I'm hearing? Thanks.
