I personaly like most of the looks of armor, recon looks good most of assault looks good and basically all battle armor except the marauder armor (imo, I just hate the helmet and those poofy sleeves) looks good.

The Marauder armor that is currently craftable is battle armor.................I get tells on how cool looking it is and what kind it is.........

Some where in the Carbineer tree you get the title Maurader.....So I am a Marauder in Marauder armor................

and yes the Katarn armor is Battle.....................

Padded in black w/out the helmet is not too bad looking...................

Actually two things brought me over to carbineer from pistoleer for the respec: The E11 Mark 2 and Battle Armor Certification.

I've always loved my stormtrooper armor, and the new clone armor is super-sweet, too. And as long as you don't have the helmet, Padded is great, too

well i love my green and purple RIS (sounds odd looks awesome) almost got my full suit, all except the arms, and great thing is it has 90k condition which is not bad! Should probably get it sliced but slicing is crap atm.....

meh, i love my stormie armor (still wish i could wear scout trooper without moving and shooting rediculousely slow). absofreakinglutely love my RIS, and my white on black marauder armor (minus the helmet, kinda looks like a stack of large spoons, don't it?) i've always liked black padded as well. but i think by far some of the coolest mixed armor i've seen (back on TC-ep3) is marauder assault (black) with a marauder recon (also black) helmet.

Same here, which is why I don't wear the helmet. I stickwith my tried and true bone armor helmet.

As a rebel, I'd have to disagree...

Assault Armors - Composite looks mediocre, Rebel Assault is decent, Chitin is meh

Recon Armor - Rebel Recon... need I say more? , Ubese is decent, as is some of the others

Now for battle armor on the other hand, we get Katarn Armor (better than all the others in looks, IMO), Rebel Battle Armor ( I like it except for the helmet... like padded), padded armor, BH armor, RIS, etc.

The only thing thing battle armor is really missing out on is Mandalorian, which is so rare it's a rather moot point.

I would agree that some of the battle armor helmets could use some work, but that's about it. Though the ones that could use work could definately use a lot of work. I really want to know what the art designer was thinking with the Padded Helmet and the Rebel Battle one, which wouldn't look so bad if they took off that massive brim that makes it look like a rice-farming cap (it'd like like old-school mandalorian otherwise).
