the way it looks on that clicky you don't need any hting but level 50
maybe i have just had to much beer and pie today ..its a smugglers holiday

Yeah, my fault, I notice now that the title said master carbineer certed kinetic damage carbine. But like Silentone said, you can certainly use this one at Master Carbineer.

The Czerka Dart Carbine require "Investigation IV", ironically not the carbine line which would have made more sense. I guess they used it as a carrot to stop people dabbling in the weapon only lines of BH.
I know the only thing stopping me from dropping MBH and the Investigation line are the weapon certs (and the extra defences).

Darn....I knew it was one of those two trees. I was at work when I posted so I didn't know for sure. It does make more sense for it to be the carbines line. Oh well.....just another instance of SOE not making much sense.
