What needs to be done is the specific required resources for all guns needs to be removed - since they already did this to commando weapons it creates an unfair situaition. While commando weapons can be made with the best pick of resources since they are not speific, they can be made very well. However Elite Carbine, T21's, etc, all require a specific resource, and thus are wholly dependent on that one resource, and it seems to be the case that it is rarely high quality.
