I chose to use the new Imperial scope because of the higher wound percent than standard stocks.

Thats a very nice laser carbine. Excellent HAM costs, decent speed and grovy max damage.

The focus of any Elite of DXR6 is for PvP in my opinion. With Ranged Mit the min damage becomes critical, as does wound % (if youre an evil bugger like myself). This DXR6 is the near perfect PvP carbine as far as I can tell.

very nice carbines, I got a 211 min dmg elite carbine from few months back, high ham cause of the stock but very nice for pvp as stated.

can somebody pls explain how you can make the scope and stock appear graphically....i have been talking to some WS and seems like only the WS crafting it can see it.

Any info about this would be great, perhaps there is a step that needs to be adhered to so the carbine will actually have the scope and stock visible to all?

Does it only work the imperial stock and scope??

I agree that it's a good general PvP weapon. The carbine I had made was meant for Jedi killing- no mitigation to worry about, and the medium AP helps to punch through their armor. The long range accuracy mods help as well, since I'm not letting one of those fuggers get within 34m of me.

As for the speed, anything 2.6s or below puts me on the cap.

that was the whole point of me making this gun for him... PvP... the 51.7% wound was the high point...

Are you SURE that thing has the new imperial stock? Did you make it yourself? Those HAM costs seem awfully high for a gun made with the new stock, since the new one doesn't add any HAM at all.

If you're SURE that it has the stock from the imperial then yeah, i want to see a screenshot of those scopes. A good experimented scope can be taken down to 1/1/1 HAM... so the ones you got from the imperial themepark might not be worth using.

Here's a screenshot of my new Elitecarbine, made with the new stock but a scope that was experimented on by a master weaponsmith. Especially note the speed and the ham costs...

NOTE : Thescope does not display because of how the weapon was crafted. In order for the components to be displayed properly, they must be first removed from crates. Double clicking on crates during crafting will allow you to use a component but not have it display. I think this is how it goes but someone please correct me if I'm wrong. In my case the weaponsmith just used a scope from a crate, so the scope doesn't show, but it does have one.

He handed me the parts himself and thats what i used...

The stats on the imperial scopes are +25 wound +25 Ideal 25/25/20 HAM

The whole point of this gun was to use the new parts for the combination of stats they provide... The overall ham cost is equivalent to my normal dxr6 using 40 min/max +.399 spd 9 wound 8 ideal 29/29/29 HAM ADV stock and 5 wound 15 ideal 2/2/2 HAM ADV scope (regular scopes are 3 wound 10 ideal 0 ham)... But the balance of accuracy andwounding is MUCH higher than I could have achieved with my regular fare of parts (not to mention faster)...Sure I could have useda +36 ideal stock or a +41 Ideal scope, or high wounding/damage models but then the ham cost would have approached Stocked T-21 levels... the point is it is not possible for me to even remotely achievethe balance that this combo of themepark parts provides...

and BTW he already has some good stocked/scoped krayt elites... was just missing the DXR6

need to take the stocks and scopes out of the crates before using them... and only works on hand-made weapons

I want to thank Lemy for explaining the technical specifics. I do engineering work for a living, and if a number doesn't involve me making hard cash I try to forget it within a few minutes.

So I've got uber DH17, Elite and now DXR6. Time to make an all new and improved Laser. Faster, stronger, better than before...
