Nopers... Higest we've hit with so far was 1600 PvP, or 6400 PvE![]()

Are you sure? That would mean Ubese Shirts (AR1 is listed and the only vulnerability is lightsaber...) wouldreduce 50% of all non-saber AP0 damage. I'm sure it doesn't. ![]()
/edit: Just tested it on a kadoo usingthe laser carbineand you're right, combat log (ignoring AP vs AR) showed 505 dmg, but the number above it's headwas 791 (that's about two *1,25 multipliers)... not sure why it doesn't work on the shirt.

Well we have found PvP to be handled different in the AP/AR discussion.....even though I don't think it should be....
Most of my tests were in PvE or a fully armored PvP target.
And the Combat Log is HORRIBLE....

Oh, well, it was late here in Germany.
I think that's the right calculationfor the highest possible hit:
700 (weapon damage) * 7,5 (cripplingshot mod) * 1,25 (AP vs. AR) * 1,25 (AP vs. AR) * 0,99 (at least 1% resists needed so AP vs. AR works) =
8121 dmg in PvE
2030 dmg in PvP
Against ranged mitigation3, synthsteak, energy-experimented imperial prototype psg (60%) and 90% composite in PvP, however, it's only (assuming the laser has about 125 min dmg):
(700 - 125) * 0,4 (ranged mitigation 3) + 125 = 355 (max damage against mitigation3)
355 * 1,25 (AP2 vs. AR1) * 0,4 (60% imp psg) * 1,25 (AP2 vs. AR1) * 0,1 (90% Composite) * 0,54 (synthsteak) = 12 maximum damage on a random pool.
Hope there are no mistakes in this calculation.
I'm not sure abot the calcs, but after watching Meep use it in a few good fights, about 200-350 Damage would make its way through with Crippling.

And that is because the person didn't have Ranged Mitigation 3 or PSG or 90% Comp or Synthsteak......more than likely....
A properly prepared and equipped PvP'er will reduce ANY CARBINEER to just a tickle that buffs will regenerate 100%. Thankfully most PvP'ers aren't fully prepared for us, since there are so few Carbineers in PvP
Master Rifles. Definitely Mitigation 3.
