I don't know maybe it is just me, but, sounds like a pacifier they hand out via loot droppings for combat revamping. Probably been happening for sometime but does anybody notice a rash of looted "mind poison" carbines. The would be great if I were a rifleman... um that is right it is a carbine oh well.
